Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

If you wish to rebook your course this can be done via the order confirmation you have received. This should be done no later than 7 days before the course.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so via your order confirmation no later than 7 days before the course. Here you will get the full amount refunded.

If something unpredictable occurs the day before the course (e.g. illness), please contact Frellsen so that we know that you will not be attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation due to illness, half of the prepaid amount for the sick customers who do not attend will be refunded if the cancellation is given within 24 hours before the course.

You are always welcome to give your ticket to the other side.
